Creating a masterpiece will take all effort you have. Many qualities need to line up in a supportive environment. Having three out of many is a huge challenge for many people.

I hear so many people talk about quality, because quality is an opinion, it always turns out to be true in the eyes of the creator.

However, when I built this masterpiece, it was zero tolerance for error. At the end of the project, four senior piano inspectors showed up to search for any imperfections.

I built five ebony limited edition and one rosewood, and it took me an average of six mounts to make one. It was prestige craftsmanship, and I will always be thankful for the opportunity for this honor.

A fool can be in charge when things are under control. However, a craftsman finds solutions in chaos, inspires under tremendous pressure, does the right things when nobody is watching, and always finds his way to deliver quality performance.

Projects are not as complicated as you think. It always starts with the owner's vision. Then we all come together to paint the big picture so I can measure the room and make my blueprint.

I draw because I can vision ideas, challenges, and possibilities. The room's realistic options are ready to share in a day or so. To find the best version, I always give my professional opinion and leave the decision to the owner. I do this because I always see myself as part of the problem and the solution.

After we have a clear vision, it is time to make samples. Mock-up helps to imagine details and the final piece. After everyone becomes comfortable and confident about the result, it's time to enter the building face.

I have remodeled/renovated many bathrooms in my life. Most of the time, the purpose is to create luxury, comfort, and increase real estate value. I love simplifying bathrooms into two categories, one with a balanced space and one with a crowded space.

On top of replacing everything with new, the magic comes down to adding space and technology. Space can come from the adjacent rooms or adding from the outside. However, we are upgrading technology to create a better user experience in order to control water, humidity, light, temperate, and storage.

By the end of the project, it is essential to measure success with the owner's satisfaction. I evaluate and reflect on challenges, techniques, and performance to grow and keep myself up to date.

I named Our Construction LLC to symbolize the people involved in the building process because we are all part of the solution to create something incredible.

It is the opportunity for creativity and transforming dreams into reality. It's a blessing when a family has the chance to have one because, other than the money, it must be qualified by law.

Starting the project with paperwork and bureaucracy can be annoying. Still, when you get into the construction face, it becomes everything so exciting. From start to finish averagely can take 6 - 12 months.

The most valuable ally throughout addition is the contractor who has deep technical knowledge and implements and models moral and ethical standards. Also dealing with (un)expected challenges and problems, owners need a leader who can adapt and be flexible.
